Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We are delighted that you have chosen our services and look forward to serving you. In order to ensure that our appointment schedule runs efficiently and to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for appointments that require a $35 nonrefundable deposit:
Booking and Deposit: To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit of $35 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
Cancellation Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule.
Cancellation Refund: The $35 nonrefundable deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment and provide us with at least 24 hours' notice, the nonrefundable deposit can be transferred to the new appointment time.
Late Cancellation or No-shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment (no-show), the $35 nonrefundable deposit will be forfeited, and an additional deposit may be required for future bookings.
Emergencies: We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from making your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Change in Service: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reasons beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, your $35 nonrefundable deposit will be fully refunded.
